His firm's rideshare page prints its own opening twice. The introduction and the whole of the first section appear once, then again verbatim a few paragraphs later. It is a copy-paste error sitting on a live page — and it is the mildest of the three page defects in this batch.

The bar record

We read David DiCenso in the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers attorney lookup. Every row below is the Board’s — this register carries no self-reported block at all, which is why nothing here is shaded.

Massachusetts says “None”, and means it as an answer. Unlike Washington, which shows a blank and warns its search may miss things, the BBO lookup states the absence directly. And we know the field is live rather than decorative, because one listing on this page reads “Yes” — with a date and a link to the decision. A register that will show you the bad record is a register worth believing on the clean one. What we have not done is search the Board’s separate decisions and admonitions archives, and the lookup states no time window either way.

Nine fields, and then it stops. The BBO publishes name, status, malpractice insurance, location, public discipline, firm, address, admission date and BBO number. No practice areas, no law school, no admissions in other states, no languages, no office size, no fee terms. Where Washington prints a sprawling block it warns might be wrong, and Texas labels its equivalent self-reported, Massachusetts simply does not ask. Everything below the record on this page is therefore the lawyer’s own account, tagged as such.

What the record shows

The page’s opening paragraph and the whole of its first section, How Can a Rideshare Accident Lawyer Help You?, appear twice, word for word, separated by a firm logo. Nothing is added on the second pass.Verified

Nobody is harmed by it and nothing on the page is wrong because of it. We report it for the same reason we report the rest: these pages are the only evidence most readers get that a firm works on these cases, and a page nobody proofread is weaker evidence than one somebody did.Verified

Where the page does get specific it gets it right: it states the Massachusetts reporting threshold, the three-year limitation period, the $8,000 PIP cap and the modified comparative negligence bar, with a worked example. One other page in this batch gives a different figure for what a driver’s own policy covers first, and both cannot be describing the same thing.Verified

Rideshare

Rideshare content — checked 17 Aug 2026
Uber & Lyft
stoneinjurylawyers.com — a Boston rideshare page whose opening several hundred words are printed twice, word for word; returns 200 from our network
This is the firm’s own marketing. It shows they hold themselves out as taking rideshare cases — it is not evidence that they have run one, and we have not verified any rideshare case they have handled.

What we haven’t checked

Not established. His federal admission, for which the BBO lookup has no field. Which of the two conflicting first-dollar coverage figures published in this batch is right — we report the conflict and do not adjudicate it. The Board’s separate decisions and admonitions archives, which we have not searched. We have not reviewed court records for case outcomes, we print no settlement or verdict figures, and we have no basis for judging quality of representation. A bar check is a floor, not a ranking.
